Allotment!

After the snow began to melt I started contemplating getting some people round and having a digging party, after all the melt would have softened the ground and made it easy to dig over. Just as I was beginning to tell Gemma that I was about to get started on it I received an intriguing e-mail from Daz. He had been offered an allotment and wanted to know if we'd go halves on it. Absolutely would we!

We had a walk round and a quick look over it. It's only 5 minutes walk from our house in a tiny little row of plots, doesn't look like too much work to get it to a state that we could start planting (which we'll need to do soonest really). We are going back en masse tomorrow for a look and to measure up, then no doubt adjourning to the closest pub to discuss plans.
