I hate carpet

Because I was away at the weekend I thought I wouldn't get a chance to get up the allotment. Fortunately we were back by mid-day so wandered up there after dumping our bags and grabbing a sandwich. I didn't hold out much hope of actually doing anything spectacularly useful in our tired and hungover state, but I did manage to chop up the remaining pile of carpet into more manageable bits. We should be able to get that bagged up more easily now. Daz was on a mission as ever and managed to get the first bed dug over properly and raked up. It's probably OK to put some seeds in there now.
